Loretta has worked as Planning Director in St. Marys, Georgia, and Community Development Director in Camden County, Georgia. Worked in Visalia, California as a planner, and worked with the Southern Georgia Regional Commission as a Senior Planner. Presently serving as the Planning and Zoning Director for the City of Tifton.
