Jeanne Anne Marsh received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, 1973, from Georgia Southern University. A former Special Agent for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, Mrs. Marsh now resides in Statesboro, Georgia. She is retired from Ogeechee Technical College where she was an instructor for Adult Education and administered a “Stay in School” Grant from the Department of Technical and Adult Education. Mrs. Marsh is an appointed commissioner of the Bulloch County Planning and Zoning Commission. A commissioner for the last 19 years, she has served as Chairman for the past 10 years. She is involved in community affairs, among which are Statesboro Service League, Fostering Families of Bulloch County, and is on the leadership team of the Teen Reach Adventure Camp, a three-day camp for foster teens. Currently, Mrs. Marsh is serving her third year on the Board of Directors for Georgia Association of Zoning Administrators.
